Stuffed Garlic Bread, with easy steps

Stuffed Garlic Bread, yes, Dominos style Stuffed Garlic Bread with easy steps. I am sure I got your attention. Whenever we have an after Movie Pizza time at Dominos, this used to be my favourite order – “Stuffed Garlic Bread”. The corn, the Jalapenos and the cheese, a delicious combination to devour! So, when I got this recipe, I was overjoyed and excited and tried on the same day even though I had no Jalapenos with me. It came out good but before I could find the shortcomings of the recipe, the tray was almost empty with only some crumbs left. That inspired me, so, the very next day I got the Jalapenos and prepared the Bread again, making the dough extra softer to get the correct texture! And it came out so well, and although I made sure there was double measure, there were only more crumbs and some jalapeno pieces left by my lil’ one!! 🙂

I can assure you that this recipe for stuffed Garlic Bread is very delicious and appealing. Along with my sausage dinner rolls, Chicken Burger, Paneer Pizza, Vegetable Pizza, Whole wheat PizzaChicken Tikka Pizza, Turkish Pide/ Pizza, Burger Buns and Crescent Rolls recipe, this is also a family favourite snack! A great tea time snack or a great idea for birthday parties. Instead of Jalapenos you may try red Bell peppers to please the little crowd! For a healthier version, try replacing ¾ th quantity of Maida with Wheat flour. You will get much denser bread, but tastes wonderful like my Whole wheat Pizza. You can also serve it for a light dinner alongwith some delicious soups like Simple Chicken soup or Broccoli and chicken soup.

I have added Garlic powder (available in super markets) along with chopped garlic to enhance the garlic flavor. You may add more chopped garlic instead. You can even spread little Garlic sauce (Toum) for added flavours. Oregano spices, Mozzarella cheese and Jalapenos are all that is required to replicate this Dominos style- stuffed Garlic Bread! Get the ingredients and we will start straight away.

Tips:

  • You can add vegetables like capsicum, tomato, mushroom, onion, olives etc or toasted chicken for a different stuffing.
  • Mozzarella cheese should be used for stuffing.
  • Keep the yeast for rising in lukewarm milk.
  • Only Lukewarm water should be used to knead. If the water is too hot, it will spoil the texture.
  • Garlic should be chopped finely. Garlic powder is available in supermarkets. If you don’t have, add more chopped garlic.
  • Jalapenos are available in supermarkets.
